CANCELLATION POLICY

METHODS OF PAYMENT 

A DEPOSIT OF 50% IS REQUIRED UPON RESERVATION. ALL DEPOSITS ARE MADE USING CASH APP, VENMO, ZELLE OR PAYPAL. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND AGREE TO POLICY ON WWW.THEPARTYLIFERENTALS.COM/POLICIES. WE ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS, CASH AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO COVER THE REMAINING BALANCE. THERE IS A 3 BUSINESS DAY CLEARANCE FOR ALL PERSONAL AND BUSINESS CHECKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. THERE IS A $30.00 NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE FOR ANY RETURNED CHECK. 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY 

BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF RENTED ITEMS, CUSTOMER AGREES THAT S/HE HAS RECEIVED IN GOOD ORDER ALL RENTED ITEMS AND OTHER GOODS LISTED ON THE INVOICE. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RENTED ITEMS, INCLUDING THEIR SAFE AND PROPER USE, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, AND RETURN TO PARTY LIFE RENTALS. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR REPAIR (FULL RETAIL VALUE OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT)

PARKS & VENUES

CUSTOMER AGREES TO STAY WITH ALL THE RENTAL ITEMS TILL THE DELIVERY DRIVER RETURNS FOR PICK UP.

CANCELLATION POLICY

THE CUSTOMER HAS 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF MAKING THE DEPOSIT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. AFTER 48 HOURS THE 50% DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE 

DATE CHANGE 

ONCE A 50% DEPOSIT IS MADE, THE EVENT DATE CAN BE CHANGED TO ANOTHER DATE. AS LONG AS THE DATE IS NOT FULLY BOOKED BY OUR EVENT PLANNERS, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERABLE.
